This pivotal leadership role offers a unique opportunity to manage multiple baking plants (Rumbeeksegravier, Zwaaikom, and Pildersweg) while driving operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across production sites.

Your Mission:

As the Senior Factory Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of factory operations — from daily production and quality assurance to team leadership and strategic development. Your goal? To ensure our sites operate safely, efficiently, and in line with Paulig’s high standards in quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations across multiple baking plants within the same product category.
• Champion a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety and quality regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a high-performing factory leadership team.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and cascade them through the organization.
• Foster a strong culture of collaboration and accountability aligned with Paulig values.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proven success in managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, quality systems, labour law, and safety regulations.
• A strong, hands-on understanding of day-to-day operations and shopfloor dynamics.
• Strong communicator and change leader with a collaborative and inspiring leadership style.
• You combine strategic insight with a practical mindset, allowing you to make decisions that are both effective and grounded in the operational reality.
• Fluent in the local language and proficient in English.
